National Power Training Institute (NPTI) invites applications for Post Graduate Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering – 2009 – 2010
Eligibility Three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Control & Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Technical Board with minimum of 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks.
AGE LIMIT : 27 YEARS AS ON 10.11.09. No age limit for sponsored candidates.
Application procedure Applications on plain paper along with the Demand Draft along with the Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of NPTI payable at New Delhi and should reach The Principal Director, National Power Training Institute (NR), Badarpur, New Delhi-110044 with two passport size photographs in the following format;

FEES :
1 For non-sponsored candidates Rs. 75000/- (in two installments). For candidates sponsored from SEBs/ PSUs/ Private Utilities Rs.1,00,000/- payable in lump—sum at the time of admission. There is no fee concession for any category of candidates. Rs. 3100/- as transport charges for visit to power stations and industries and refundable security of Rs. 2000/- are payable separately at the time of admission.
