| Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics | Only Candidates who have passed 12th Std/10+2 from outside Maharashtra with English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology /Mathematics or any other Examination recognized as equivalent thereto by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education with minimum 50% marks in either Physics, Chemistry & Biology taken together or Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics taken together. For SC/ST Candidates relaxed to 40% marks. 2) The candidates must be born on or before 31/12/1992. The S.S.C. (10th Std.) or equivalent examination certificate clearly endorsing the date of birth will constitute valid proof. | 15 seats | The applicant are required to appear for entrance test at this Institute at 9.30 am on 7th July, 2009. List of selected candidates will be declared on 15th July . 2009. Those who are selected will have to take admission on or before 22nd July, 2009 along with all original documents& fees | Applicants will have to pay Rs.500/- towards form fee & Entrance test fee Note : Payment should be in the form of Demand Draft to be Drawn in favour of Director AIIPM&R’ Payable at Mumbai . |

Both Courses are affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
Last date of receipt of application duly filled in 25TH JUNE, 2009.Commencement Date Of Above Courses - 1st August, 2009
Reservation – As per Prevailing Provisions at Government of India Institutes and as amended from time to time.
Application forms & Prospectus –
1 Can be obtained between 9.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. from Monday to Friday from Academic Section of this Institute against Demand Draft of Rupees 500/-.
2 If required by the Registered post; enclose Demand Draft of Rupees 500/- and self addressed envelope of size 23cms. x 11.5cms fixing postage stamp of Rs.32/-. superscribed

3 Application form & Prospectus can also be downloaded from Institute website www.aiipmr.gov.in properly filled in and forwarded to Institute alongwith Demand Draft of Rs.500/-
Payment in any other form will be rejected.
The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
NO CALL LETTERS will be issued to the candidates to appear for the Entrance test on dates as mentioned above. Candidates have to appear for the entrance test at their own expenses
and to arrange for their own accommodation in Mumbai.
Incomplete / received late application form will be rejected and no communication in this regard will be entertained .
