Sir my age is 30.I am a B.Tech in ECE 2009 pass out.I have some gap in career.If I will prepare well for GATE and get a good score and enter in to IIT,IISc and do M.Tech and Ph D.Will I face problems in getting a job because at that time.Will my age will be a factor in campus recruitment or in lectureship.Can my past mistakes be forgiven by recruiters.
