Use delta to Y convertion in that 3,6,6 loop(looks like rectangle) Then the question is in series parallel Hope it helps you Also see this na i need it urgently and no experts are also responding http://www.goiit.com/posts/list/electricity-help-needed-24589.htm

Here resistors 4, 2, and 5 at extreme right (sarting form Point B) are in series So 4 + 2 + 5 = 11 Ohms Now 2, 2, and 3 (extreme left, starting form A) are in series and can be replaced by 2 +2 + 3 = 7 ohms resistor. Now replace these resistors in series by their effective resistances and apply Kirchoff's Nework theorem.
