How To Write A Poem

It has been a really long time since I have not submitted an article here. Since I am not in touch with IIT preparation anymore, I thought why not to write something which can improve your creativity. So i picked it POEM WRITING as a good option. It not only enables to express your feelings in a better way but it also helps you to buid your vocabulary and improves your word sense. Last but not the least it polishes your personality and gives you an edge over others. It also becomes your good pass time with an added advantage of utilizing your time for your personality. You guys must be thinking that it is useless and it's not so easy. I gurantee that after reading this whole article you all be able to write a poem and enjoy it.

How do you proceed now. Very simple just follow thse steps

Step 1 - The Thought

You should 1st select the thought on which you want to write a poem. Ex. Friends Birthday.

Step 2 - Think of words related to it

Words likes blessings, celebration are very closeley related to birthday.

Step 3 - The first line

Write a simple line using the words you got above.

Today is the day you jubilate

Step 4 - Write search the words rhyming with last word in step 3 using words from step 2

This is the main place where the main work starts. Though it seems a little difficult. But it's not so difficult when you've the internet. You've 2 ways to accomplish this step

Way 1 - Search on google for words ending with a set of words (-ate in this case) with relevant meaning with the topic

Way 2 - Search for on google synonyms of words in step 2 rhyming with step 3

Step 5- For a few more sentences

I found the words elate,create,cake & accumulate and wrote the lines.

It is day for even god to elate

Seeing the sweetest person it ever create

And for you i would say, instead of counting candles on your cake

Just count the wishes you accumulate.

Step 6 - Arrange the senteces

Now when u've got the lines of the poem you should arrange it in such a way that there is a proper flow of thought in the poem.

Step 7- Title

Now If i tell you everything what will you guys do. So u better put your thinking caps for the title of the poem you wrote.
