Yes , you are eligible for gate exams . you r giveb 3 tray for gate exams and u can utilise it any time but u have to complete ur b.e or b.tech within a 1 year of exam of gate

LAST DATE for issue of Information Brochure and Offline Application Form at bank counters and GATE office counters at IITs/IISc has been EXTENDED till NOV 7, 2009.
LAST DATE for submission of Online Application Form has also been EXTENDED till NOV 7, 2009 18:00 hrs
LAST DATE for the Receipt of completed Offline Application Form at respective zonal GATE Office is NOV 10, 2009.
For incomplete Online submission process, necessary documents along with the covering note printed from the online site should reach IIT Kanpur GATE office by November 10, 2009.
